With a Master of Science in Engineering specializing in Rehabilitation Engineering from Wright State University, I bring over 25 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation engineering and leadership. My career journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, also from Wright State, and was further enhanced by completing a Certified Public Manager program at Auburn University Montgomery.

For the past 25 years, I've been dedicated to serving at the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services, where I've led the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology program since 2016. As a results-oriented Engineering Manager, I've spearheaded high-impact initiatives that have revolutionized rehabilitation services across the state.
